About the role
Citibank Nigeria Limited is seeking a KYC Operations Analyst to support its Know‑Your‑Client program. The role is based in Lagos and involves working closely with Relationship Management and Compliance teams to ensure accurate KYC records and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in AML monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting activities.
- Prepare, develop, and approve electronic KYC records and supporting documentation.
- Create and maintain KYC records using internal and external sources.
- Validate information in KYC records and Customer Identification Program documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure KYC records meet local regulatory requirements and Global Business Support Unit standards.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication, planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to research, process and interpret large volumes of information and make ethical decisions with integrity.
