About the role

The IT Personnel will ensure smooth operation of all technology systems within our hospitality environment. You will support both staff and guests by maintaining smart automation, network reliability, and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Alexa and other smart automation devices across the property.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT and network issues promptly.
• Maintain system security and overall efficiency.
• Provide technical assistance to staff and guests as needed.

Required profile

• Background in IT or Computer Science.
• Familiarity with smart home and automation technologies.
• Strong networking and troubleshooting abilities.
• Willingness to be on call for urgent issues.
