Investment Manager

About the role

Famous Capital Limited is seeking an experienced, commercially astute and performance‑driven professional to join its Investment Management team as an Investment Manager. The role involves developing and implementing investment strategies, constructing and managing client and proprietary portfolios, and delivering competitive risk‑adjusted returns within approved mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement investment strategies across equities, fixed income, money‑market instruments and other approved asset classes, translating economic outlooks into asset‑allocation decisions.
• Lead investment research, evaluate companies, sectors and macro‑economic trends, and prepare investment recommendations for the Investment Committee.
• Make or recommend investment decisions, present proposals to senior management, and ensure compliance with policies, client mandates and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor portfolio performance, conduct attribution analysis, and rebalance portfolios to stay within risk limits and strategic objectives.
• Identify, measure and manage investment risks, conduct stress testing and scenario analysis, and work closely with Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit.
