Investment Advisor, Wealth Management

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial senior Investment Advisor to shape the investment philosophy, service offering, and market positioning of a fast‑growing multi‑family office with global ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead investment strategy, asset allocation, and portfolio construction across public markets, private equity, alternatives, real assets, fixed income, and cash.
• Develop and maintain the firm’s investment philosophy, risk‑management framework, and performance tracking processes.
• Advise clients on opportunities, monitor global markets, and deliver timely recommendations aligned with client objectives.
• Build and manage relationships with external platform providers, investment managers, banks, custodians, and other service providers.
• Prepare client portfolio reports, daily newsletters, and periodic research publications.
• Support existing products, identify new strategies, and contribute to business development and AUM growth.
• Collaborate with client advisors, investment bank, marketing, operations, technology, and compliance teams to deliver the full value proposition.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with a strong background in investment advisory and wealth management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to shape and grow a young firm.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
• Excellent communication skills for representing the firm to clients and prospects.
