Investment Acquisition Officer

About the role

The Investment Acquisition Officer will drive the growth of Scarlet Finance’s investor base by identifying, engaging and converting prospective investors. This full‑time position is based in Port Harcourt, Marina, and focuses on building long‑term relationships with high‑value clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential investors through market research and lead generation.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors.
• Explain Scarlet Finance’s investment products clearly and professionally.
• Follow up on leads, convert prospects into investors and achieve acquisition targets.
• Develop and maintain an investor pipeline and accurate interaction records.
• Prepare investment proposals and presentations as required.
• Support investor onboarding, documentation and after‑sales relationship management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Banking or a related discipline.
• Age 24 years or older.
• 1–7 years of experience in banking, relationship management, business development, investment, wealth management, insurance, fintech or financial services.
• Strong understanding of basic investment concepts and ability to work with targets independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
