Inventory Manager

About the role

PacificMessages is looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in Lagos. You will be responsible for overseeing stock receipt, storage, dispatch and maintaining accurate inventory records to support the company's Energy & Utilities business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities including stock receiving, storage, dispatch and inventory movement.
• Maintain precise inventory records and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid shortages or excess.
• Ensure proper organization, security and safe handling of products and equipment.
• Prepare inventory reports and collaborate with procurement, sales and management teams.

Required profile

• HND or B.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least six years of proven experience in warehouse and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Professional, responsible and customer‑focused attitude.
