Inventory Manager

About the role

The Inventory Manager will oversee stock levels across our Lagos warehouses and stores, ensuring accurate records and efficient flow of goods. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain optimal inventory and support the company’s retail and FMCG operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels across warehouses and stores, conduct routine audits, and reconcile physical inventory with system records to achieve 100% data accuracy.
• Analyze sales trends and turnover rates to forecast demand and set optimal reorder points.
• Liaise with suppliers to place orders, track shipments, resolve delivery discrepancies, and maintain strong relationships.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize damage, theft, obsolescence, and shrinkage.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch workflows to maximize space and operational efficiency.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports, cost analyses, and stock valuation statements, presenting actionable insights to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• At least 12 months of experience in a similar inventory management role.
