Interior Technical Designer – Revit Specialist

About the role
We are looking for an Interior Technical Designer to turn approved concepts into detailed construction documents. You will work closely with designers, fabricators and installers to ensure every interior element is accurately documented and ready for build.
Key responsibilities
- Convert design concepts into coordinated interior plans, elevations, sections, schedules and construction details.
- Produce shop drawings for cabinetry, wardrobes, kitchens, bespoke furniture, woodwork, wall cladding and paneling.
- Document dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, fixing methods, joints and installation clearances.
- Integrate verified site measurements and coordinate with appliances, electrical, plumbing and other services.
- Identify missing information or conflicts and collaborate with the design and installation teams to resolve them.
- Check drawing accuracy, incorporate review comments, manage revisions and meet project deadlines.
Required profile
- Educational or professional background in architecture or interior design.
- Minimum 3 years of experience preparing interior technical and shop drawings.
- Previous work with interior design, fit‑out, joinery, cabinetry or furniture firms.
- Strong attention to detail, organization and clear communication.
- Ability to work independently, self‑review work and respond to feedback.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Revit for producing technical documentation.
