Insurance Sales Advisor

About the role

Custodian Life Assurance is looking for ambitious, self-motivated Insurance Sales Advisors to join its expanding sales team in Lagos. The role suits people who are natural relationship-builders and want their earnings to reflect their results, with an uncapped commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell the company's range of life insurance products.
• Build your own pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals and community engagement.
• Assess prospective clients' needs and recommend tailored insurance packages.
• Build long-term trust with clients to ensure retention and renewals.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets to unlock promotion.

Required profile

• Highly self-motivated, resilient and entrepreneurial mindset; the company trains the right attitude.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma, OND or Bachelor's degree.
• An active insurance license is preferred, or the willingness to obtain one.
