Implementation Officer – Retail POS Onboarding

About the role

The Implementation Officer will ensure new retail customers successfully adopt the Moniebook POS system, guiding them from initial sign‑up to daily store operations. You will act as the primary point of contact during the critical early‑adoption phase, helping retailers achieve value within the first 30‑60 days.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute tailored onboarding plans with clear milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
• Guide customers through Moniebook POS setup and configuration to match their workflow.
• Deliver engaging live training sessions—both one‑on‑one and group—to educate retail staff on core features and best practices.
• Monitor usage data, transaction volume, and feature adoption, intervening proactively with at‑risk customers.
• Build trust‑based relationships with key stakeholders, responding empathetically to concerns.
• Provide troubleshooting for technical issues, user errors, or configuration challenges and manage escalations.

Required profile
