Implementation Officer – Hybrid (Abuja)

About the role

The Implementation Officer will guide new retail customers through the adoption of Moniebook POS, ensuring the solution becomes an integral part of their daily store operations. This hybrid role bridges sales and long‑term customer success, helping merchants achieve value within the first 30‑60 days.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute tailored onboarding plans with clear milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
• Assist customers with initial Moniebook POS setup and configuration to match their workflow.
• Deliver engaging live training sessions—both one‑on‑one and group—to educate retail staff on core features and best practices.
• Monitor usage data, transaction volume, and feature adoption; intervene proactively with at‑risk customers.
• Build trust‑based relationships with key stakeholders, providing responsive and solution‑oriented support.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, user errors, and configuration challenges, escalating when necessary.
