Hygiene Officer

About the role

The Hygiene Officer is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe office environment at Truebond Global Investments Group Limited. This role ensures all common areas, restrooms, and shared facilities are kept hygienic and well‑stocked.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain office spaces, meeting rooms, reception areas, and corridors.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as required.
• Sanitise toilets, bathrooms, and other designated areas.
• Dust furniture, windows, doors, and other surfaces.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and shared facilities.
• Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and report when restocking is needed.
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Use cleaning materials and equipment safely and responsibly.

Required profile

• Minimum Secondary School Certificate (SSCE).
• Good personal hygiene, neat appearance, and physically capable of routine cleaning duties.
• Ability to follow instructions, work with minimal supervision, and be punctual, honest, reliable, and hardworking.
• Good communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
