About the role
Bespoke Urban Luxury Limited is seeking a Human Resources Officer to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance for its growing real‑estate business in Nigeria.
Key responsibilities
- Identify staffing needs, draft job descriptions and advertise vacancies.
- Screen applications, coordinate interviews and facilitate onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, monitor attendance, leave and conduct.
- Address employee concerns, complaints and workplace issues.
- Coordinate staff appraisals, monitor performance and identify training needs.
- Develop, implement and enforce HR policies in line with labour regulations.
- Handle disciplinary matters according to company policy.
- Organise training sessions, seminars and development programmes.
- Promote a healthy work environment and coordinate welfare activities.
