About the role
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions for our hospitality operations in Port Harcourt and the wider Rivers State region. The role will shape HR strategy, ensure compliance, and drive employee engagement across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
- Manage employee relations, performance, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
- Drive employee engagement and development initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.
