About the role

Recare Limited is a leading marketer of personal style products in Africa, operating in Nigeria and South Africa. We are looking for a Human Resource / Admin Manager (Female) to develop and execute a group‑wide HR strategy that supports our business objectives and growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a group‑wide HR strategy aligned with business objectives and long‑term growth plans.
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development across all entities.
• Design and manage compensation, rewards, and employee engagement frameworks to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and governance standards while promoting a strong organisational culture.
• Serve as a strategic counsel to the executive team on all people‑related matters, linking HR initiatives to business performance and financial outcomes.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce analytics to provide data‑driven insights for strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 10–15 years progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
