Hub Manager / Community Lead

About the role

The Hub Manager / Community Lead will drive commercial growth, oversee programme delivery and nurture client relationships for Crestsage’s STEM and talent development initiatives. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines sales, partnership development and operational coordination to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the organisation’s commercial growth strategy, customer experience and programme delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic positioning for STEM programmes, talent development initiatives and placement services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prospects and potential partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare and present compelling business proposals tailored to client needs.
• Lead commercial negotiations within approved pricing and commercial parameters.
• Drive the sales process from prospecting through proposal development, negotiation and deal closure.
• Coordinate programme delivery to meet client expectations and organisational objectives.
• Monitor customer experience and proactively address issues to maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Track commercial performance, pipeline development, conversions and revenue generation.
• Identify opportunities to improve programmes, customer experience and overall commercial performance.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Senior‑level professional with a degree in a related field.
• Proven track record in business development, sales or client relationship management.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
