About the role

Enugu International Hospital—a newly established 300‑bed multi‑specialist and quaternary hospital—is recruiting full‑time HR Officers in Enugu. Working within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment, this role supports daily human resources operations, employee support services, record keeping, and process‑efficiency initiatives across the hospital network.

Key responsibilities

Deliver reliable HR services, maintain accurate employee records, and uphold organizational standards, health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Partner across clinical and administrative departments to achieve operational goals and contribute to continuous HR process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

5+ years of relevant HR work experience.
Relevant degree with CIPM (or progressing toward certification).
Current registration with applicable Nigerian regulatory bodies where required.
