HR Manager

About the role

National Electronic Labour Exchange is looking for an experienced HR professional to lead its human resources function. The role will involve developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
• Support business needs through development, engagement, motivation and retention of human capital.

Required profile

• B.Sc. / HND in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, Economics or similar; PG qualification in Human Resources desirable.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in a senior management role.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High integrity, attention to detail and ability to drive organizational change.
