HR Intern (NYSC) – Remote with weekly office visit

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized NYSC Corps Member to join our team as an HR NYSC Intern. The role supports day‑to‑day Human Resources and recruitment activities while providing practical experience in a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing activities.
• Review and screen CVs based on specified job requirements.
• Support interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and employee records.
• Assist with onboarding and documentation processes.
• Support the HR team with administrative and employee‑related tasks.
• Prepare recruitment reports and other HR‑related documents when required.
• Assist with posting job vacancies across relevant platforms.
• Follow up with candidates and maintain effective communication throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Currently serving NYSC Corps Member (with or without a PPA).
• Reside in or around Gbagada, Lagos, or within reasonable commuting distance.
• Available to report to the office once a week.
• Own a personal laptop and have reliable internet access.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (advantage).
• Prior HR or recruitment experience (advantage, not mandatory).
