HR Executive

About the role

The HR Executive will support Streamsoft Innovative Limited’s manufacturing operations by managing core human‑resource functions and ensuring a safe, compliant workplace. This full‑time, onsite role reports to senior management and works closely with production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery while following SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Assist with daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
• Inspect products for quality compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Report equipment faults, production issues, and safety concerns to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or HR & Admin Officer in a manufacturing setting (up to 2 years).
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent administrative, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and general HR administration.
