HR & Admin Executive

About the role

The HR & Admin Executive will ensure smooth daily office operations while supporting core HR functions. Reporting to senior management, the role combines administrative oversight with employee onboarding and record‑keeping responsibilities. This position is based in Lagos with occasional coordination with the Abuja office.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily office administration tasks, including procurement and vendor relations.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and executive schedules.
• Maintain organized records, reports, and databases.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communications.
• Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee records, and documentation.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents.
• Monitor office expenses, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Organize office events, team activities, and corporate meetings.
• Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Required profile

• HND or BSc degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field (essential).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar administrative or HR role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational, time‑management, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
