About the role
We are looking for a reliable Housekeeper to join our hotel team in Lagos. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort across all assigned rooms and areas.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and designated areas, including bed‑making and linen replacement.
- Replenish guest amenities, manage housekeeping equipment, and handle laundry and cleaning materials responsibly.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, lost property, or any unusual incidents promptly.
- Follow established cleaning schedules, safety, hygiene, and infection‑prevention procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum SSCE/WAEC or equivalent qualification.
- Physical fitness to perform routine housekeeping duties and ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Reliability, discretion, and respect for guest privacy.
Required skills
- Knowledge of proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Attention to detail to meet established cleanliness standards.
- Ability to identify and report maintenance issues.
