About the role
We are seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure excellent guest experiences. The role involves coordinating multiple departments and maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure efficient functioning of all departments.
- Coordinate front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, security, food & beverage and other teams.
- Monitor guest check‑in, check‑out, reservations, enquiries and resolve complaints.
- Supervise staff, prepare schedules, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Track employee attendance, punctuality, appearance, conduct and productivity.
Required profile
- Minimum of an HND qualification.
- At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar hotel management role.
