Head of Sales & Marketing (Experienced)

About the role

The Experienced Head of Sales and Marketing will lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive growth for Footy Homes and Properties. This full‑time, on‑site position in Ibadan oversees sales teams, sets targets, monitors performance and ensures excellent client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sales teams, set targets, monitor performance and ensure client relationship excellence.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns, manage brand positioning and conduct market research.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships.
• Collaborate with leadership on pricing, promotions and customer experience initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports and forecasts to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong sales leadership experience, managing teams and driving performance.
• Proficiency in marketing strategy, campaign planning and brand management within real estate.
• Excellent client relationship management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data and translate insights into business strategies.
• Proven experience developing business development initiatives and partnerships.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing or Sales; advanced qualifications a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in real estate or property development, preferably land sales.
• Strong organizational skills, integrity and ability to work effectively on‑site in Ibadan.
