Head of Sales

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results‑driven Head of Sales to lead the sales function of our client, a growing financial services firm specializing in asset management, mutual funds, investment solutions and wealth management. The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the client base and building strategic partnerships while leading a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business and revenue targets.
• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve results.
• Acquire and retain high‑value clients, including HNIs, institutional investors and corporate customers.
• Promote the company’s investment products, mutual funds, asset‑management and wealth‑management solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and company requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of sales or business‑development experience in financial services, preferably asset management, investment banking or wealth management.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales/revenue targets.
• Strong client acquisition, relationship‑management, negotiation and leadership abilities.
