About the role

The Head of Marketing and Business Development will lead the company’s marketing strategy while driving new business opportunities within the banking sector. Reporting to senior management, this role combines strategic oversight of brand positioning with operational responsibility for service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily banking operations and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Monitor reconciliations, settlements and transaction processing.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in banking, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and digital platforms.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
