About the role
The Head of Digital Banking will lead the strategic transition of our client MFB from a traditional microfinance institution to a fully digital-driven financial services provider, driving innovation and enhancing customer experience through digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with the Bank’s strategic goals.
- Lead the transition from branch-led operations to a hybrid and digital‑first banking model.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Microfinance Certification by CIBN.
- 10–15 years of experience in digital banking or fintech.
