Head of Brands, Communications and Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Brands, Communications and Marketing to lead our brand strategy, communications and marketing initiatives for Stretch-it Concepts Limited. The role will shape how our products are positioned in the market and drive growth across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales to design targeted sales campaigns and OEM initiatives.
• Plan and manage advertising, social media, TV, exhibition and promotional events.
• Conduct market research, trend analysis and competitor benchmarking.
• Oversee marketing budgets to maximise ROI.
• Write and edit copy for brochures, press releases, website content and other collateral.
• Lead customer surveys and insights programmes.
• Work with product and development teams to embed brand positioning into product launches.
• Manage media relations and build relationships with journalists, influencers and agencies.
• Partner with leadership to align marketing with overall business strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 7‑10 years of experience in brand management, marketing and communications, with at least 3‑5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the Tech/IT sector.
• Proven track record of creating and delivering successful brand and marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in market research and KPI tracking.
