Guest Outreach Specialist – Lead Generation & Podcast Booking

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Generation and Outreach Specialist to help our clients book interviews with their dream guests and podcasts. This unique role blends marketing, sales, and client‑success responsibilities, requiring you to identify quality leads, deliver compelling offers, and provide an exceptional experience that builds strong brand affinity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed research to find potential guests who align with podcast themes and target audiences.
• Secure guest appearances on top podcasts, expanding client influence and audience reach.
• Develop personalized outreach campaigns, including compelling email pitches and strategic follow‑up sequences.
• Monitor social media for trends and influencers in entrepreneurship, self‑improvement, and marketing.
• Maintain accurate booking records, track KPIs, and provide daily progress updates.
• Manage scheduling, virtual or in‑person recording studios, calendar invites, and technical checks.
• Prepare briefing documents, media kits, headshots, bios, and talking points for hosts and guests.
• Cultivate long‑term relationships with podcast hosts and networks to secure repeat bookings.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience in e‑commerce, sales, marketing, lead generation, or copywriting (1–5 years total work experience).
• High standards for quality, extreme organization, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work between ET/PT hours and respond quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a strong sense of ownership and discipline in recurring tasks.
• Excellent English communication skills; responsive and able to manage multiple communication streams.
• Basic understanding of audio and video production is an advantage.
