Growth & Outreach Volunteer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Growth & Outreach Volunteer to help identify and engage potential users, communities, businesses, and organizations for our product. You will introduce the solution, demonstrate its value, and guide interested parties through onboarding, while collecting valuable feedback for the team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential users, communities, businesses, or organizations that may benefit from the product.
• Introduce the product clearly, explaining the problem it solves, how it works, and its benefits.
• Demonstrate the product to interested prospects via conversations, online sessions, calls, or in‑person interactions.
• Engage with potential users through social media, email, messaging platforms, communities, events, personal networks, and other relevant channels.
• Guide interested individuals through onboarding or sign‑up processes and help them get started.
• For businesses or organizations, assess their needs, present the relevant product solution, and gauge genuine interest.
• Hand over interested businesses or organizations to founders, shareholders, or designated representatives for formal discussions.
• Collect questions, feedback, objections, and insights from users and communicate them to the relevant team members.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, conversations, prospects, sign‑ups, referrals, and other growth activities.
• Represent the company professionally to increase awareness, adoption, and continued usage of its products within relevant communities and markets.
