Growth & Marketing Strategist

About the role

Platinum Key Realty LTD is seeking a Growth & Marketing Strategist to drive revenue, conversion and efficiency across its portfolio of real‑estate ventures. You will work in a fast‑scaling, multi‑brand environment, turning data‑driven insights into actionable marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose revenue, conversion, efficiency and profitability gaps on a weekly rotating basis.
• Research and validate practical solutions using primary data, then produce clear, structured recommendations.
• Prepare campaign, funnel, automation and creative briefs; build or coordinate the creation of approved assets.
• Create video and graphic content as needed, ensuring brand accuracy and optimal mobile display.
• Quality‑check all work before it goes live and report findings on a daily and weekly rhythm.
• Escalate blockers early and adhere to defined approval and escalation protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in growth marketing or digital strategy.
• Strong written communication skills to turn research into precise recommendations.
• Ability to work independently within a structured West Africa schedule, including a daily team meeting.
• High integrity and discretion when handling internal business data.
