Growth and Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Growth and Digital Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition and brand expansion across our business units. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to boost visibility, generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Generate high‑quality sales leads through both organic and paid initiatives.
• Manage the company’s digital presence, including website, social media and email marketing.
• Create and oversee content marketing programmes that drive engagement and conversions.
• Design lead‑nurturing workflows and marketing automation sequences.
• Monitor performance with analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Optimise SEO and SEM efforts to increase online visibility.
• Manage marketing budgets to maximise return on investment.
• Prepare regular performance reports with measurable KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in digital or growth marketing and lead generation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and copywriting abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting lead generation targets.
