Growth Analyst – Marketing & Growth (Nigeria)

About the role

Glovo is seeking a Growth Analyst to join the Nigeria Growth team. The role will drive acquisition and engagement by analysing data and shaping marketing strategies. You will work cross‑functionally to boost user base, orders and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive analysis behind Nigeria’s growth strategy, identifying opportunities through pricing, promotions, CRM and other levers.
• Execute local marketing campaigns and coordinate creative assets with CRM, Design, Commercial, Operations and Finance teams.
• Build, maintain and scale reporting tools in SQL and BigQuery to track KPIs such as NC, CVR, RPO, CPO and retention.
• Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for local and Africa Growth teams while monitoring the competitive landscape.
• Support ad‑hoc analyses and projects identified by local and global Growth & Marketing teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related quantitative field.
• 1‑3 years of experience combining analytical work with hands‑on campaign execution or project management.
• Strong analytical mindset with curiosity for numbers, patterns and turning data into decisions.
• Proven ability to run projects end‑to‑end from ideation through implementation.
• Proficiency in English and a hands‑on attitude.

Required skills

• SQL (experience with BigQuery preferred)
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
• Data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and KPI tracking
