Graduate Trainee

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Trainee to join Synergy Nigeria Ltd in Lagos. This full‑time position offers a structured training programme to develop your understanding of our banking, finance and insurance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in graduate training and development programmes.
• Assist with daily departmental activities and administrative tasks.
• Support supervisors and team members on projects and assignments.
• Conduct research, collect data and prepare reports and presentations.
• Attend meetings, workshops and training sessions.
• Collaborate with various departments to gain cross‑functional experience.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and contribute ideas.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and health & safety standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification (or equivalent).
• 0–2 years of work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
