About the role
We are looking for a motivated Graduate Trainee to join our finance and accounting team. This full‑time entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience across various departments and exposure to core banking and financial operations.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in training programs, workshops and learning sessions.
- Assist senior staff with daily operations and assigned projects.
- Conduct research, collect data, perform analysis and prepare reports.
- Support implementation of company projects and initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations and other work‑related documents.
- Attend meetings and contribute ideas when appropriate.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, HND or OND in a relevant field.
- Recent graduate or candidate with limited professional experience.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Good organisational and time‑management skills.
- Positive attitude, initiative and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
