About the role
The Graduate Trainee position supports day‑to‑day technical, engineering and operational activities within the assigned department, offering structured training and mentorship.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily technical, engineering and operational tasks.
- Support project planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting.
- Help with facility inspections, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Monitor building systems, equipment and operational performance where applicable.
- Prepare reports, maintain accurate documentation and update records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with organisational procedures.
Required profile
- B.Sc. or HND in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or Building Management.
- Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and organisational abilities.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative and work collaboratively.
