About the role
We are seeking a graduate mechanical engineer to support maintenance and production processes within our construction engineering team in Lagos.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
- Operate lathe, rolling, milling, and forming machines in production.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure equipment reliability and product quality.
- Participate in installation and commissioning of new projects while adhering to safety, health, and quality standards.
Required profile
- HND/BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an engineering company.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and hands‑on approach.
- Commitment to safety and teamwork.
Required skills
- Knowledge of CNC/Lathe, Forming, Rolling, and Milling machines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Computer literacy with engineering software.
