About the role
The Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) Accelerator Program offers recent engineering graduates a hands‑on, multidisciplinary experience across software, hardware, and energy sectors. Trainees will rotate through projects in technology, advanced manufacturing, and oil & gas, gaining practical skills in design, development, and field deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and support software, embedded systems, and industrial IoT solutions.
- Build and configure battery storage systems, BMS, inverters, and power distribution equipment.
- Work on pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and instrumentation systems within energy/oil‑gas environments.
- Use CAD tools to create mechanical designs, prototypes, and fabrication‑ready drawings.
- Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and field deployments.
- Apply QA/QC and safety standards across all engineering projects.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams spanning software, electrical, mechanical, and energy engineering.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field (2:1 preferred; strong 2:2 candidates considered).
- Completed NYSC with discharge certificate or exemption.
- Maximum age of 28 years.
- Strong analytical, mathematical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to work hands‑on with hardware, manufacturing equipment, field systems and software development.
- Demonstrated technical or engineering projects, coding experience, or relevant practical exposure.

What we offer
- Monthly stipend of ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 plus performance‑based bonuses.
- Potential progression to Lead Engineer or Technical Project Lead roles.
- Training bond agreement with 18–24 month service commitment.
- IP Assignment and NDA agreements required before onboarding.
