General Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a General Supervisor to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our hospitality venue, which includes a restaurant, bar and event spaces. The role is based in Lagos (Marina) and reports to senior management. You will ensure smooth service delivery, maintain standards and support a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all venue operations, ensuring seamless coordination between restaurant, bar and events.
• Manage staff schedules, training, performance reviews and foster a culture of excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels, food and beverage stock, and maintain venue cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hospitality regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience running a hospitality venue (restaurant, bar or event centre).
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
