Front Desk & CRM Officer

About the role

Dental Plus Limited is seeking a professional, friendly, and customer‑focused Front Desk & CRM Officer to join its Lagos team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from appointment scheduling to follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to patients professionally.
• Manage appointments, enquiries, calls, and patient follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate patient records and CRM information.
• Follow up with existing and prospective patients to improve retention and conversion.
• Coordinate effectively with dentists, nurses, and other team members.
• Handle patient concerns and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Support daily administrative and front‑desk operations.

Required profile

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
• Previous experience in front desk, customer service, CRM, hospitality, healthcare, or a related role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn/use CRM systems.
• Well‑organised, proactive, professional, and customer‑focused.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
