French-Speaking Digital Sales Representative

About the role

Visa is seeking a French‑speaking Digital Sales Representative to manage a large territory of Mid‑Market client accounts. The role involves full‑cycle selling of Visa’s payment products and solutions through virtual engagement tools, with a focus on driving new sales, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with Mid‑Market accounts across the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities, create account plans and deliver tailored presentations.
• Conduct sales cycles from initial contact through procurement, using digital tools such as phone, video conferencing, digital whiteboards and webcasts.
• Forecast sales, maintain accurate sales tools and pipeline data.
• Stay informed on industry trends, government regulations and Visa product updates.
• Collaborate with the digital sales team to develop strategies and tactics.
• Participate in ongoing digital sales training and adhere to office attendance requirements (minimum three days per week).

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in a full‑cycle or direct‑client sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent English and strong proficiency in French.
• Basic understanding of the payments industry is preferred.
• Ability to communicate concepts clearly and concisely.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics or similar digital sales CRM tools.
