French-English Google Workspace AI Personalization Rater

About the role

Join a remote contractor assignment to help improve AI systems that personalize responses for multilingual professionals. You will evaluate AI‑generated email replies using authorized professional email history in both French and English, providing objective feedback that drives higher quality and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated responses for relevance, accuracy, helpfulness and appropriate personalization.
• Compare multiple candidate responses and identify the stronger overall experience.
• Spot unsupported assumptions, incorrect personalization, irrelevant recommendations and subtle inconsistencies.
• Evaluate how effectively responses leverage French and English professional‑email context.
• Provide clear, detailed, well‑reasoned written feedback following evaluation guidelines.
• Maintain privacy, confidentiality and follow strict data‑handling protocols.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in French and professional‑level English.
• Active Google Workspace (Gmail) account used regularly for professional communication.
• Inbox containing at least 30% French and 30% English content, with ~1,000+ emails.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum two years of professional experience and strong analytical judgment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet.

What we offer

• Remote contractor assignment with immediate start.
• 12–16 week engagement, 4–40 hours per week.
• At least 4 hours overlap with Pacific Time.
• Compensation: $12 USD per hour.
