About the role

Fluxion Agency is building a pool of reliable contract video editors to turn raw footage into polished short‑form content for client brands. This remote, per‑project role is ideal for editors who want flexible, ongoing gig work without a fixed schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into short videos (30 seconds – 3 minutes) for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Follow shot lists, hooks and creative direction provided by the Fluxion team.
• Add basic colour grading, sound design, captions/subtitles and simple motion graphics where needed.
• Deliver videos in the correct format and aspect ratio for each platform and meet agreed turnaround times.

Required profile

• Proven experience editing short‑form video content (portfolio or reel required).
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling and current short‑form video trends.
• Reliable internet access and a personal editing setup.
• Dependable, able to meet deadlines and responsive to direction.
