Freelance Sales Marketer – Real Estate

About the role

Haven Brooks Limited is seeking motivated freelance sales marketers to promote its property portfolio. You will work independently, leveraging both online and offline channels to connect prospective buyers with available land and housing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Market and promote company properties to prospective buyers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Engage clients through online platforms and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Provide accurate information on property features, pricing, and payment plans.
• Close land deals and ensure smooth hand‑over to the sales team.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• At least an OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in a related field.
• Confident, persuasive, and target‑driven.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
