Freelance Sales Consultant (Remote, Commission-Based)

About the role

Prommex Consulting helps businesses find, manage and retain the right workforce through recruitment and talent acquisition, workforce outsourcing, background checks and HR advisory and support. It is expanding its sales network and is looking for experienced freelance sales partners to identify businesses that need its services, build relationships with decision-makers and turn opportunities into paying clients. This is a fully remote, independent contractor, commission-only position with a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect corporate clients that may need Prommex services.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Research companies and identify relevant decision-makers.
• Contact prospects by call, email, LinkedIn, referrals and networking.
• Understand clients' businesses and their HR, recruitment or workforce needs.
• Introduce Prommex services and explain its value proposition.
• Schedule meetings with qualified prospects and follow up consistently to move opportunities through the pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, meetings and opportunities.
• Convert qualified opportunities into clients and keep professional relationships with clients and prospects.
• Submit regular sales activity and pipeline reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, business development, client acquisition or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build a client pipeline.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to prospect independently and close deals; self-motivated and comfortable working alone.
• Good understanding of B2B sales; experience selling professional services is an advantage.
• Understanding of recruitment, HR services or workforce solutions is a strong advantage.
