Freelance Corporate Field Marketer

About the role

This freelance position focuses on building corporate partnerships for ThisCodeSchool’s weekend STEM and coding academies. You will work independently in the field, visiting private secondary schools to present partnership proposals and secure agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Institutional Outreach: Visit targeted mid‑to‑high‑tier private secondary schools to deliver pre‑bound corporate partnership proposal packets.
• Gatekeeper Engagement: Interact professionally with school secretaries and administrators to place proposals on the Principal’s or Proprietor’s desk.
• Lead Generation: Obtain official contact numbers and schedule brief onboarding meetings or computer‑lab walkthroughs for executive management.
• Follow‑Up Management: Use structured text and WhatsApp communications to move prospects from proposal delivery to signed contract execution.

Required profile

• High‑energy undergraduates, fresh graduates, or freelance marketers living near Ibadan (Challenge) or Ikeja/Surulere (Lagos).
• Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident corporate dress sense and a proactive, result‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently with zero supervision while maintaining daily integrity on the field.
