Freelance Cold Caller - HR Consulting Outreach

About the role

FMR Agency is looking for a freelance cold caller who works remotely to promote its HR consulting, recruitment and workforce management services. The role involves calling business owners, CEOs, HR managers and other decision-makers to introduce the agency's services, identify business needs and generate leads for potential partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce FMR Agency's offerings and explain the benefits of outsourcing recruitment and HR functions
• Handle objections, qualify prospects and schedule meetings or consultations with the team
• Follow approved call scripts and maintain accurate records of calls and leads
• Conduct follow-ups and give feedback to improve outreach strategies
• Performance is measured by call volume, qualified leads, meetings booked, prospect engagement and conversions into paying clients

Required profile

• Strong telephone communication, active listening and persuasion skills, with a clear and professional speaking style
• Previous cold calling, telesales, telemarketing, lead generation or business development experience is an advantage
• Ability to identify potential clients, engage decision-makers and generate qualified leads
• Ability to explain the value of recruitment, HR outsourcing, staff management, training and HR advisory services
• Target-driven, able to work independently and meet call, lead-generation and meeting-booking targets
• Resilient, confident handling objections and rejection professionally
• Remote work readiness: reliable internet, suitable device and quiet workspace
• Attention to detail and ability to keep organised records and report regularly
• A qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory
