About the role
Emilton Hotel is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee restaurant, bar and banquet operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and banquet services.
- Lead, motivate and develop the Food & Beverage team.
- Monitor inventory, control costs and drive operational efficiency.
- Maintain hygiene, safety and compliance standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and service quality.
Required profile
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within a hotel or high‑end restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Good knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and hospitality standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality Management or related field (advantageous).
