Food and Beverage Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations across our restaurants, bars, room service and banquet areas in Port Harcourt. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, driving sales and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service and banquet functions.
• Maintain high-quality food, beverage and customer service standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor food and beverage costs, budgets, inventory levels and operational expenses.
• Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate food and beverage staff.
• Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships and oversee procurement of food, beverages and operational supplies.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, food safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints and service recovery efforts professionally.
• Prepare operational reports, sales forecasts and performance analyses for management.
• Develop menus, pricing strategies and promotional activities in collaboration with the culinary team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations and hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of HND.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar food and beverage management role.
