Financial Sales Advisor (Insurance)

About the role

Fortis Global Insurance Plc is hiring Financial Advisors in Lagos Mainland. As a Financial Advisor you advise individuals and businesses on insurance and financial protection solutions, build client relationships and generate new business while meeting monthly and annual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Advise individuals and businesses on insurance and financial protection solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales service
• Generate leads and develop new business through referrals, networking and other business-development channels
• Conduct client meetings and present suitable insurance solutions
• Follow up on prospects and convert opportunities into business
• Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets
• Take part in training, seminars and professional development programmes

Required profile

• Result-oriented, self-motivated and target-driven
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, willing to meet new people and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in insurance or sales is an advantage; motivated learners are encouraged to apply

What we offer

• Monthly remuneration of N185,000 for life insurance and N100,000 for general insurance
